
50 grams of onion per 1 Kilogram of chicken
50 grams red or green pepper
30 grams mushrooms
50 grams gherkins
200ml soured cream
50ml white wine
100 ml cream
50ml chicken stock
Cut chicken, mushrooms, onion and peppers into strips.
Put a little oil in a pan and get it hot.
Add the sliced onions.
Sauté the onions for couple of minutes. Don’t let them overheat or go brown.
Add the pepper and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook on medium to high heat for 5-6 minutes. Make sure nothing burns.
Add the chicken. Cook for around 6 minutes then add the white wine.
Deglaze the pan. After a few minutes add the chicken stock and simmer.
When the chicken is almost cooked, add the double cream.
Bring to boil then add the gherkins. Simmer for two minutes.
Add two dessert spoons of soured cream and serve decorated with a little parsley.
