Greyhound & Punchbowl pg29, McGhees pg107, & Rock Hotel pg110 should all be deleted all due to no real ale now available.

October 2006

In June the Holly Bush, 53 Newtown Lane, Cradley Heath opened selling real ales.

Gornal: Lower Gornal - Old Bulls Head
Now open from 12:00 every day.

The Homestead in Oxley, Wolverhampton should be deleted from your copy of the guide, as it no longer sells real ale.

Gornal: Upper Gornal - Jolly Crispin

The Jolly Crispin has been sold since publication, moving from privately owned to part of the Newport Pub Company.  The ever-changing board of real ales continues although the real cider and perry has been discontinued. Basic pub meals are likely to be introduced.

Tipton: Great Bridge - Port 'n' Ale

The Port 'n' Ale was closed throughout preparation of the guide.  It has now opened with up to 10 real ales.  3 continental beers on draught.  Food served.  10p per pint discount for CAMRA members.
Opening hours:  Mon-Sat 12:00-23:00; Sun 12:00-22:30.
